As we start this challenge, I want to highlight an important theme that’s been on my mind: motivation vs. discipline.

Motivation is a fantastic spark that ignites new goals, but let’s be honest—it can be fleeting. It’s that initial burst of excitement that gets us moving. However, what truly keeps us going, especially during those tough days, is discipline.

This challenge began with motivation, bringing us together to push ourselves physically. But as we progress, it’s the discipline we build along the way that will carry us through to the end of the 100 days.

Remember, you don’t have to complete all your push-ups consecutively! You can break them up throughout the day as needed.

Check out the space we had this week as we our guess speakers @JustinRFrench and @Christel_OCC about this topic and boy it was super informative hearing everyone talk about this difference between the two.

This aligns perfectly with the courses I offer. I have shorter courses designed to help you find that initial motivation, and longer courses focused on building the discipline necessary for sustained progress. Whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your commitment, there’s a course for you!

Are you ready to join me in this challenge? Let’s inspire each other and build our discipline together! And if you want to dive deeper into your personal growth journey, check out my courses on my website.

While I won’t be sharing family updates in this newsletter, you can find all our latest adventures on our YouTube channel!

I appreciate your support, and I can’t wait to see how we all progress together in this challenge.

I’d love to hear from you! What motivates you to stay committed to your goals? Reply to this email or reach out on 𝕏!
